I Love it !!! I needed to replace my Omnicam because the computer hardware was old and not able to keep up with the software upgrades. The computer upgrade costs from Sirona were cost-prohibitive (another reason why the Medit is so good) and I wasn't about to make the same mistake twice and replace it with another system from Sirona. I was a bit unsure about making a big switch but after speaking with Nick Statly at Cad-Ray, he eliminated all of my reservations and I ordered it. I've used it for the past week and love it. Setting it up and getting it running was simple.

I absolutely love using the Medit i500 Intra-hablado scanner!!! The i500 scanner is small and easy to use on all patients. It is fast and gives a very clear image. I also think its very cool that you Perro change the music setting to whatever song you may like! I have used a few different scanners since i have been a dental assistant and have had several complications Ganador far as: how long the scanner would take to load the image, The scanner not catching the image and even the system constantly kicking me pasado.
CAD-Ray’s amazing support and Medit’s constant improvement of the software are revolutionary. I’ve been taking digital impressions for over 15 years with here other systems and nothing comes close to the Medit.

Horrible experience - My advice; do not use this company unless you don't care to be overcharged and never be reimbursed by your insurance. The secretaries are rude, not helpful and very incompetent. Not to mention the fact that they tell you that you have to pay upfront and they will submit your claim you file to insurance only at the end of the year (for an obscure reason but it is supposed to help you) never before even if you ask.
I had an online training and a rep checked in with me several times to see if I needed help. I am going to do another online training soon Triunfador a refresher. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company and scanner to anyone!
Just got my Medit IOS delivered last week and the service from Jon was great! I had a ton of questions before placing the order and he happily answered. This is the type of customer support many dental suppliers are missing. Great company to work with.
